We are normally in stock of all our products - but stock can move quickly, so our website shows you when quantities are running low. In the unlikely event that you order something that has become out of stock, we will inform you within 7 days by email when you can expect your goods.

Postage is FREE on all UK orders over £100. We send all our packages by 1st Class Post, Recorded Parcel Post or Parcel force, dependant on the weight and value of the order. We can deliver to your home address or any other address you specify e.g. your office or a neighbor who is at home during the day.
Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any purchase. Please return it to us immediately. We will refund or exchange any item subject to its return unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office, since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
